Foods That Help You Lose Weight

Soup: The best way to start your meal will be with a soup. It fills you up which will make you eat less eventually. But you should consume a soup that is broth bases as you have to keep your intake to 100-150 calories per serving. So, having cream and butter would not be a good idea.

Nuts: Having nuts also helps in losing weight. It can also be a great snack when you feel hungry in the middle of the day. You can have a small handful of nuts like Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans or Peanuts. Many researches showed that people who have nuts tend to eat less on their later meals.

Beans: Beans is a great source of protein and it is also filling and inexpensive. As beans are high on fiber and digests slowly, it keeps you full for a long time.

Dark Chocolate: We all love eating chocolates. Eating dark chocolate over milky version makes people eat less during their next meals.

Tuna: Tuna is a high source of protein and is also very low in calories. As it is lean fish, you don’t have much fat in it and ends up gaining lean muscle mass rather than weight. It’s popular among fitness models and bodybuilders. 

Grapefruit: Not only is it good for diabetic people, it is also very good to lose weight.
