Try to stay away from risky habits like smoking and drinking. You can however safely consume one drink a day. No matter what stages of you are in your life, you should also learn to manage stress. Take a few minutes every day to relax and meditate. Do not forget that mental health is also important for your physical well-being. Excessive exposure to the harmful rays of the sun can also cause skin cancer. Therefore, do not forget to use sunscreen, hats and sunglasses.
