3 Full Body Exercises You Can Do Indoors This Summer

Summer is the time of the year when you can show off your figure. The warm weather gives you the license to flaunt your body assets and make everyone notice you. Since it's one of the most-awaited seasons of the year, you need to get ready during the winter and spring. During summer, there are countless events and gatherings and you’ll want to attend everything and not miss out the fun!

All these summer getaways prevent you from going to the gym. It’s hard to find time to go to your favourite fitness centre, but it’s a must to maintain your figure! Thankfully, there are full body exercises you can do indoors this summer. Check out the list and perform them as you enjoy the sun and your summer bustles!

  1. Pyramid Run

You will run in place, lifting your knees up to the hips. Your arms should swing rhythmically as you repeat the steps. Pause for a second and do the same steps with an additional step each round. Do this in 4 sets.

  1. Tuck Jump

Stand with your feet set as wide as your hips. Your arms should be on your sides with knees bent slightly. With a straight body, jump up bending your knees right in front of your hips. Perform this in 4 sets. In 45 seconds, carry out as many tuck jump as you can. Rest after every set.

  1. Side Shuffle with Side Kick

Stand with your feet set apart. Perform a squat and swing your arms in front of your body. Side shuffle to your left with three steps then quickly do a side-kick using your left leg. Your left knee has to be bent into your chest when you side-kick. Swing your arms naturally as you kick. Do the same steps with your right leg. Perform 4 sets of this full-body workout. Each set should run for 45 minutes.
